Établi
par Lionel Benoit en l'année 1997 après dix
ans d'expérience, travaillant d'immenses projets
de construction de partout au Canada, tel:
Hibernia
(Plate-forme d'huile, loin de la cote de Newfoundland, Canada)
ainsi qu'a l'immobilisation du pont qui relie l'Île
du Prince Édward au Nouveau-Brunswick, Canada d'une
longueur de 12.5 kilomètres.
